He was predeceased by: his parents, A. H. Noel and Winnie Lou Noel (Cartwright). He is survived by: his siblings, Donice (Kim Hays), Randy Noel and Ted (Patti Noel); and his siblings' children, Lee Bertelson, Scott Noel, Manda Rosser, Kelly Shackelford, Mikel Bechtold and Suzanne Sifuentes.
