He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Millard, Gerturde Mann of Johnsville, Elmon and Virginia Cockrell of Monticello, Arkansas.. He is survived by : his parents, Dr. Herschel Mann and Marcelle Mann of Lubbock; his brother Keith Mann (Sheri); and his nieces and nephews, Alan and Thomas Mann of Lubbock.
