It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vidal Lopez Jr. of Lubbock, Texas, born in Plainview, Texas, who passed away on February 11, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vidal Lopez, Sr. and Juanita Enriquez Lopez; his siblings, Hector, Erasmo Lopez and Irene Flores; his stepdaughter Sylvia Figeroa; and his nephew Michael Sepeda.
He is survived by: his wife Lydia Lopez of Lubbock; his stepchildren, Johnny Figeroa, Andrew Ramos (Maricella), Amanda Munoz (Joshua) of Lubbock, Debbie Figeroa of Lubbock, Andrea Jimenez (Robert) of Lubbock and Leticia Ramos of Lubbock; and his sister Rita Lopez Sepeda (Mike Sepeda) of Plainview. He is also survived by thirteen Step grandchildren and fourteen Step great-grandchildren.
