He is survived by : his wife Cindy Phillips of Lufkin; his step-son, Matthew Ferguson, Daughters Bethany Phillips and Kristina Phillips of Cleveland; his siblings, Roy Phillips of Lufkin and Ruby Flowers of Sugarland; and his granddaughter Megan Pharries of Cleveland. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
