He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Ivon Raley and Birdie Emily Raley (Gist); and his sister Pat. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Raley; his sons, Richard, Stephen and Ryan (Melissa); his grandchildren, Kyle, Randa and Rachel (Jake); his sons, Jarret, Cooper (Rachel) and Marci; JC.
