He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Norma Solly and Giles Solly; his aunt Brenda Creel; and his uncle Billy Ray Creel. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Hicks; his children, Presley Parnell and Preston Parnell; and his girlfriend Ralin Doyen. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carroway Funeral Home (2704 S John Redditt Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Low's Chapel Cemetery (3445 Alpine Rd, Hemphill, TX 75948).
