He is survived by: his mother Debra Jean Johnson Hoge (Sisk) of Lufkin; his daughter Bethany; his son-in-law Josh Shrable of Florida; his children, Taylor Johnson of Florida, Jordan Johnson of Florida and Melody Johnson of Florida; his grandchildren, Caleb of Florida, Ella of Florida, Gideon of Florida and Vivi Shrable of Florida; his sister Belinda; his brother-in-law David Kulesza of Florida; his sister LaDona Wagner of Lufkin; his nieces, Michelle (Carmen Discepola) of Florida and Megan Wagner of Lufkin; his nephew Michael Kulesza (Cory Wagner) of Florida; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Carmen David, Caden, Izzy, Freyja and Dahlia; and his close friends, Miguel Diosdado and Balta Deleon.
