Doris Griggs Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lila Viva (Veteto) and Monroe Cates; her husband William D. "Billy" Griggs; her siblings, Essie Jones, Thelma Morgan, Billie Moss, Myrl McNamara, Clifford Cates, Earl Cates, Robert Cates, Jessie Cates and Odell Cates; and her nieces, Patsy Modisette, Marie Ford and Trevelyn Luce.

She is survived by: her daughters, Marilyn Griggs of Austin and Michelle Bullock (Art) of The Woodlands; her grandson Dwaine Bullock of The Woodlands; her nieces and nephews, Janice Knight (Don), Rusty Ford (Amy), Renee Baker (David), Craig Knight, Amber White (Tyler), Charlotte Huffstetler (Sam), Sherry Massingill (David), Darlene Modisette, Wanda Clark (Lynn), Robert Lynn Cates (Janet), Evan Luce, Allen Ray Cates (Freida), J. C. Barnett (Judy), Debbie White (Bud), Dian Avriett, Jay Avriett, Mike Griggs (Valerie) and Sammy Griggs; her sister-in-law Nell Sessions of Lufkin; and her cousins, James Veteto (Geraldine) and Tommy Griggs. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
