He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Pearl (Smith) and Henry Alton Marshall; his wife Trudy Marshall; his son Robert Earl; his daughter-in-law Mary Marshall; his daughter Anita Maddux; and his grandsons, Grady Glen Marshall and Ronnie Modisette.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Kennedy of Lufkin and Tammy Raley (Troy "Pepper") of Lufkin; his grandchildren, Elisa Kennedy, Robert Kyle Marshall, Cody Kennedy, Michael Turner, Amber Stephenson, Marci Wade and Justin Seale; and his brothers, Harold Marshall of Lufkin and Jesse Marshall of Mississippi. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
