With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elbert Dunn (Lufkin, Texas), who passed away on May 14, 2020 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Ora (Brown) and Ben W. Dunn; his wife Velda Dunn (Allison); his grandson Aaron Brister; and his siblings, Dorothy Weaver Capps, Lila Faye Largent and Rufus Dunn.
He is survived by: his daughter Judy Brister Fenley (Dunn); his son-in-law Paul Fenley of Lufkin; his son Don Dunn of Lufkin; his grandson Israel Dunn (Viki) of Aubrey; his brother George Dunn of Lufkin; and his siblings-in-law, Jimmy, Sadie Allison of Lufkin, Laura Ann Allison of Pollok and Betty Landry of Silsbee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
