He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Jo Crustner (Lowe) and Earnest Eugene Allen; and his grandparents, Frank "Pete", Lonnie Lowe, Newton D. and Mae Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Chantea; his sons, Tyler, Dylan and Riley; his sisters, Stacy Marshall (Richard) and Leslie Patton; and his stepfather Bobby Crustner. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
