He is survived by: his wife Catherine Phillips (Milam); his children, Paula "Christie" Phillips and Michael; his daughter-in-law Marlena Phillips; his children, Michelle Shirley and Michael, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Kristi Hill; his grandchildren, Dakota, Skylar, Bethany, Aarrin, Mikey, Jessica and Brooke; and his siblings, John Hart, Ginger Holland, Carolyn Lee and Kathy Willett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
