He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Beth Taylor; his parents, Lillie Mae Owens Taylor and Horace Taylor; and also Charles Russell Kendall, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Kendall Phillips (D. J. Phillips) of Zavalla, Delia Gail Poling of Lufkin and Robert Christopher Taylor (Brenda Taylor) of Conroe, Texas.; his grandchildren, Charles Russell Kendall, Jr. (Heather Kendall), Lauren Elizabeth Taylor Weems (Randy Weems), Serena Beth Holland (Jacob Holland), Caleb Simon-Taylor Poling (Crystal Poling) and Robert Horace Taylor; his great grandchildren, Zoe Holland, Brooklyn Kendall, Madison Kendall, Kaden Holland, Robbie Phillips Taylor and Willow Beth Weems; and his caregiver Tina Burks of Etoile, Texas..
