He is survived by: his wife Nola Smith of Lufkin, TX; his daughter Lacye; his son-in-law Mark Withem of Lufkin, TX; his granddaughter Sarah Beth Withem of Lufkin, TX; his brother Johnny; his sister-in-law Kathy Smith of Tomball, TX; his sister Mary; and his siblings-in-law, Greg Moore of Trinity, TX, Sue Hodges of Conroe, TX, Jerry and Barbara Clark of Nacogdoches, TX.
