He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Prestridge Ford and Daisy Ford (Hass); his wife Mary Ellen Ford; his sister Mattie Lynn Roberts; his daughter Diana Lynn Barak; his sons-in-law, James Williams, Sr. and Larry Barak, Sr.; his granddaughter Jamie Ellen Shaw; and his pet Dexter.
He is survived by: his close friend Bob Rice; his daughters, Teresa Kay Williams of Trinity, Debra Sue Perroni (Mike) of Rockport and Kimberly Ann Moulder (Kenny) of Lufkin, Texas; his grandchildren, Deidra Lynn Mannion (Brian), Jessica Boynton, Christopher Williams, Rachel Brown (Trey), Jennifer Edwards (Mike), Larry Barak, Jr. (Rachel) and Kelsey Matthews (Cody); and his great grandchildren, Jackson Andrews, Bryce Andrews, Kaylee Edwards, Michael Merton, Alexis Mannion, Laureli Shaw, Kynlee Brown, Brandon Edwards, Jamie Edwards, Charlotte Edwards, Cameron Mannion, Ayson Matthews and Constance Barak. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and his best friend.
