Jean Byars Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Byars of Lufkin, Texas, who passed away on March 6, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Woodruff and Elizabeth Loraine Willson (Lindsay); her daughter Cindy Jean Byars; her siblings, Helen Neal, Jack Willson and Johnny Willson; and her brother-in-law Donnie Neal.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Dale Byars II of Hudson and Lora Lyn Byars; her daughter-in-law Katie Mewborn of Hudson; her grandson Micheal Conner Byars of Hudson; her brother Frank M.; and her sister-in-law Chantel Willson of Diboll. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
