He was predeceased by: his parents, Linnie Marie (Havard) and Robert Arthur Noel, Sr.; his wife Nita Noel; his sons, Raymond Noel and Rodney Noel; and his siblings, R. A. Noel, Billy Noel, Tommy Noel, Prentice Noel and Marie Mott.
He is survived by: his sons, Chuck (Robin Noel), Peyton (Angie Noel) and Gary (Susan Noel); and his grandchildren, Chris Noel, Lindsay Waterman (Kevin), Craig Noel and Lacy Thrall of Kati Noel, A. J. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, cousins, and friends.
