He is survived by: his sons, John (Tammy Perkins) and James Brown; and his grandchildren, Ashley (Caleb Toll), Autumn Perkins (Eric Senkyrik), John "Payden" Perkins (Alyk Perkins), Khloe Perkins (Kaysen Perkins) and Cody (Dixie Lee). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
