She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen Cheever (Parrish) and Leslie L. Cheever; her husband Charles Franklin Nick; her granddaughter Lesley Wood Eckenfels; and her siblings, Yvonne Cheever, Mary Ann King (Tom Jack King) and Leslie Cheever (Donna).
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Wood (Donald) of Kemah, Kristi Nick of Lufkin, Teresa Nick (Dawn Wilson) of Hampton, Maryland and James Nick (Lori) of Hudson; her granddaughters, Katie Nick of Hudson and Kara Nick of Hudson; her great grandchild Ethan Eckenfels of Dickinson; and her siblings-in-law, Joe Nick of Hudson and Carmen Nick of Concord, California. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
