He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Marie (Kendrick); his wife Lori Len White (Teer); his daughter Brooke; his son-in-law Laird Menzel; his grandchildren, Parker Menzel and Emma Menzel; his sister Tina; his brother-in-law Derek Linton; his brother Stephen; and his siblings-in-law, Andrea White, Allen and Terry Teer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
