He is survived by: his father Bobby Griffin; his wife Karen Hooks Griffin; his daughter Hannah Danielle Griffin (Kody Kohnen); his stepchildren, Dessy Acosta, Paden Reed (Tiffany), John Hooks (Loryn) and Paige Hooks; his grandchildren, Zoe of Jada, LJ, Sophie Acosta, Bailee, Lainee, Atlee Reed, Ethan, Eli and Elise Hooks; his great grandchild Penelope Amador; his brothers, Curtis Lawrence Griffin (Lisa) and Hugh Griffin; his aunt Judy Grimes; and his siblings' children, Stacy, Peter Nunez, Kristin, Colton Allen, Zeke, Faithe Johnson, Clint and Ana Johnson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carroway Funeral Home (2704 S John Redditt Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
