He is survived by: his pets, Roxie, Bella and Zane; his wife Diane Byrd of Lufkin; his children, Michelle McCauley of Lufkin and Markus Byrd (Chandra) of Dallas; and his granddaughter Anna McCauley of Lufkin. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
