She was predeceased by: her brothers, Hilton Dixon, Joe Brown Dixon, Emerson Dixon, Bishop Larry Dixon, Nelson Dixon and P. J. Dixon.
She is survived by: her brother Goldman Dixon; her children, Valerie Menfee (Don) and Clifford Carter; and her grandchildren, Kendrick and Dyiesha Mark. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, Godchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
