She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora T. Newman and Pearl Parrott Newman; her spouse Deason Moore of Garrison; her granddaughter Mary Moore Harris; and her siblings, Gladys Newman Hartt, James Newman and Crosby Newman.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Croom (Doug Croom) of Lufkin and Deas Moore (Ginger Moore) of Garrison; her grandchildren, Michael Croom of Alexandria, Virginia, Marsha Croom Mitchell of Katy and Laura Moore Whipps (Bart Whipps) of Magnolia, Arkansas; her great grandchildren, Jackson Mitchell of Katy and Jameson Mitchell of Katy; her sister Mildred Newman Stoddard (Al Stoddard) of Huntington, Texas; and her sister-in-law Martha Nell Newman of Shreveport.
