He was predeceased by: his parent Catarino Perez, Jr.; and his grandparents, Paula Saldivar Hernandez, Maria Garcia Perez, Miguel DeLeon Rodriguez, Catarino Perez, Sr., Pallbearers, Stephen Perez, Jose Perez Jr., Joe Perez, Dannon Parrie, Henderson Yarbrough and Greg Perez.

He is survived by: his mother Maria DeJesus Perez of Diboll; his children, Mark Antonio Perez of Lufkin and Alena Giselle Perez of Lufkin; his siblings, Stephen Perez of Lufkin and Ana Maria Perez of Diboll; and his nephew Stephen Ian Perez of Diboll. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
