She was predeceased by: her parents, Neva Wood (Taylor) and Arthur Wood; and her brothers, J. C. Wood, Donald Wood, Bobby Wood and Tommy Wood.
She is survived by: her husband Brother Clayton McClendon of Lufkin; her daughters, Deana (Roger McClure), Darla (Ricky Thigpen), Robin (Brad Peek) and Connie Hardy of Chandler, Arizona; her sister Maxine Bishop of Lufkin; and her siblings-in-law, Dot Wood of Lufkin, Olga Wood of Lufkin, Donnie Nixon of Lufkin, Donna McClendon of Lufkin, R. D. and Joan McClendon of Lufkin. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
