It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orell C. Mann of Lufkin, Texas, who passed away on September 10, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Orell F. Mann; his wife Betty Irene Mann (Bailey); his siblings, Bobbie Mae Mann, C. B. Mann, Roland Mann, Carroll Lee Russell and Dolores Wray Honeycutt (Oliver); and his son-in-law Michael D. Whitwell.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna M. Whitwell; his children-in-law, Larry G. Moore of Longview and Shelby Scroggins of Houston; his grandchildren, Alysha C. (Nathan Campa), Jeremy M. Holmes of Ft. Worth, Joshua C. Whitwell (Sophia) of Longview, Elizabeth E. Whitwell of Longview and Karis M. (Stephen Black) of San Antonio; his great grandchildren, Nathan "KeKe" Campa of Dallas and Henry M. Whitwell of Longview; his children, Kelly Nichols of Beaumont and Clifton Nichols of Las Vegas, NV; his sister Susie M.; and his brother-in-law Sam Johnson of Lufkin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
