She was predeceased by: her spouse Edd''Sonny'' Forrest; her son Mike Forrest; and her granddaughter Amy Gray. She is survived by: her daughter Tami; her children-in-law, Elbert Poulan of Etoile and Debra Forrest of Huntington; her grandchildren, Cody Poulan, Jachob Poulan, Kaela Pinner, Case Forrest, Shawn Poulan, Lori McDuffie and Jennifer Stokes; her niece Rhonda Utley; her nephew Kenny Wooley; and her great-nephew Rocky Rose. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
