He is survived by: his daughter Carrie; his son-in-law Michael Iversen of Lufkin; his grandson Matthew (Catherine Tuel) of Conroe; his great grandchildren, William Tuel of Conroe, Elyna Tuel of Conroe and Evelyn Tuel of Conroe; his brothers, Randy Mitchell, Russell Mitchell and Robert Mitchell; and his cousin Carol Gladney of Cleburne, Texas..
