It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Roberts of Lufkin, Texas, born in Mount Pleasant, Texas, who passed away on April 20, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Edwin and Emma Dell Vinyard. She is survived by : her husband Robert "Buddy" Beavers; her children, Greg (Cristy) of Porter, Leigh (Daniel Bates) of Nacogdoches, Kim (Oralio Flores) of Lufkin and Mark (Carolyn Beavers) of Lufkin; her grandchildren, Victoria Brazil of Lufkin, Adam (Ashley Brazil) of Houston, Logan Bates, Mason Bates of Nacogdoches and Sam Flores of Lufkin; and her brother John Keith (Karen Vinyard) of Mount Pleasant. She is also survived by two nieces and a nephew, and five great-grandchildren.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Crown Colony Country Club (900 Crown Colony Dr, Lufkin, TX 75901).
