She was predeceased by: her parents, Tina Belle (Deaton) and Oliver McKay, Sr.; her husband Joe Echols Rich, Sr.; her granddaughter Shea Seale; her brothers, Oliver "Bubba" McKay, Jr. and James C. "Dick" McKay; and her sisters-in-law, Tomagene Snead and Anna Royce McKay.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy; her son-in-law Ricky Alexander of Winnsboro, Texas; her sons, Joe (Joy Rich) and Eric (Greta Rich); her grandchildren, Jacob Ryan Rainwater, Joe E. "Tripp" Rich III (Allison), Scott Seale, William Scott Rich and Catherine Elizabeth Rich; and her great grandchildren, Cassidy Claire Rainwater, Ashton Seale, Mackenzie Seale and Kalee Guidroz. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
