He was predeceased by: his parents, Sergey Ivanovich Solntsev and Efrosinia Georgivna Solntsev (Anashenkova). He is survived by: his son Alexander Solntsev; his daughter-in-law Tami Lyons of Sugar Land, TX; his granddaughters, Kira Solntsev and Alexis Solntsev; and his niece Romona Williams-Briggs of Lufkin.
