He is survived by: his wife Sharon Romero Hancock of Lufkin, Texas; his children, Joe Hancock (Leighanne) of Lufkin, Texas and Susan Shoopman (Chad) of Tucson, Arizona; his siblings, Dean Hancock, Gene Hancock of Jasper, Texas and Jonnetta Nash (John) of Jasper, Texas; and his grandchildren, Sophia Shoopman, Morgan Hancock and Hallie Hancock.
