He was predeceased by: his father V. L. Neal; and his siblings, Leon Neal and Brenda Neal McKnight. He is survived by: his mother Avanell Neal (McGilberry) of Garrison; his wife Georgia Neal of Lufkin; his children, Adrian (Tracy Neal), Jerod (Kristin Pheonix), Jana Benedict of Kingsport and Julie Neal of Krum, Texas; his stepdaughter Leticia Torres of Houston; and his siblings, Linda Hancock of Timpson and Joe Bob Neal of Lufkin. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
