He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lawrence and Verda Leighton Lawrence; his son Coby Lee; and his siblings, Fred Lawrence, Jr. and Pearl Sowers.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Lawrence; his daughters, Leslie Fesco (Gary Jr.), Sue Lowe (Boe) and Kathy Dennis (Darrell); and his sisters, Donna Hall, Lula Traves and Kay Stanley. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lumberton Family Funeral Home (766 S Main St, Lumberton, TX 77657). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
