He was predeceased by: his parent Francis Ann Erwin; and his sister Michelle White. He is survived by: his father Donald Clair Farnsworth, Jr. (Ann) of Little Elm; his wife Darcy Farnsworth; his daughters, Kaleena Moore (Gabriella) of Lumberton, Ashley Knight (Justin) of Lumberton and Danielle Slayter (Bryce) of Lumberton; his grandchildren, Parker Lynn, Lincoln Thomas and Andie Kate; and his siblings, Craig Duhon (Tammie) of Lumberton and Misty Lites (Mike) of Little Elm. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Broussard's Mortuary (490 Cemetery Rd, Silsbee, TX 77656). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
