A masonic service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Broussard's Mortuary (Nederland) (505 North 12th Street, Nederland, Texas 77627).
Kyle Carter Green, 54, of Lumberton, passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2025. He was born on November 1, 1970, in Nederland to Clydell and Bobby Green.
Kyle’s greatest joy in life was his daughter, Kendal Green, who was not only his pride and joy but also his very best friend. Their bond was unbreakable, and he cherished every moment spent with her.
A lifelong lover of the outdoors and sports, Kyle’s true passion was baseball. Whether he was coaching on the field, mentoring young athletes, or simply watching a game, he poured his heart into the sport. He had a gift for inspiring players to reach their full potential, and he especially had a soft spot for children with special needs, ensuring they felt valued and included in the game he loved so much.
Kyle was also known as the life of the party, always ready to fill a room with laughter. He had an infectious energy, often dancing around the kitchen, singing along to his favorite songs, and making sure everyone around him had a good time.
He is survived by his wife of thirty years, Jodi; daughter, Kendal Green, and her fiancé, Evan Salinas; sisters, Paula Ferguson and her husband, Mark, and Leisha Tinsley; brother, Phillip Green and his wife, Shelda; parents-in-law, Don and Terri McFarlin; sister-in-law, Jana Ware and her husband, Jason; brother-in-law, Clint McFarlin and his wife, Ravin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering of Mr. Green’s family and friends will begin at 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday, February 3, 2025, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. His cremations arrangements will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
