She was predeceased by: her parents, J. B. Dublin Sr. and Carlene Wiggins Dublin; and her daughter Pamela (George Root). She is survived by: her daughters, Anna Hackler (Bruce Hackler) and Angela Lormand; her grandchildren, Kayla Martinez, Madison Robinson (Brock Robinson), Remington Carbaugh and Carson Lormand (Taylor Harbison); her great grandchildren, Daryl, Valerie, Kimber, Kennedy and Quinn; and her grandson Cameron.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Anna's Angels Dog Rescue in Peggy's memory. She loved animals and would be delighted for people to donate to help save lives, as she did so many times in the past.
