Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jack leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Crosby and Adela Jonas Moore; and his brothers, James, Ellis and Larry Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Carolus Moore. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, his 2 sisters and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
