He was predeceased by: his parents, William David Lowe, Sr. and Lela Graham Lowe; his wife Elizabeth Lowe; and his children, Sharon Ann Lowe and Samuel Lowe.
He is survived by: his children, William D. Lowe III, Rhonda Gentry (David), Mark Lowe (Eulalia) and Matthew Lowe. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews.
