It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darren Jeffrey Brown of Mabank, Texas, who passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Darren is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his father David Francis Brown; and his brother Tim Brown. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Yvone Fuller Brown; his wife Dorothy Brown; his brother Warren Brown (Angel); his brother-in-law Anthony Grillett; and his children, Caleb Brown of Kerrville, Ethan Brown of Dallas, Weston Brown of Eustace, Adonda Phelps of Eustace and Danielle Hamm of Lufkin. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces as well as great nephews and nieces; he also had eight grandchildren.
