He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Ray Rush; and his sister Janice Malone. He is survived by: his spouse Stacy King Rush; his mother Marie Alberta Pearson Rush; his son Jeff (Helen) of Durant; his grandchildren, Kalee, Kimbree and Kaitlen; his son Dustin (Makayla) of Malakoff; his grandchildren, Dixie, Waylon and Willow; his son Colby (Josie) of Mabank; his grandchild Colt Ryan; his children, Hunter Rush, Halee Rush, Kelly Hedden and Heather Harper; and his brothers, Anthony, Steve and Bryon. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
