It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Iva Mae Busby of Mabank, Texas, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Reid and Mary Maude Bow (Richard); her daughter Lisa Yates; and her brother Phillip Bow. She is survived by : her sisters, Roberta Bow, Naomi Bow and Hazel Bruner; her daughter Kim Temple (Bruce); her son-in-law Bubba Yates; her grandchildren, Chris Temple (Rachel), Shelley Maple (Jaymes) and Nikki Leigh (Alex); her great grandchildren, Forrest Temple and Mason Maple; and her siblings, John Bow (Jeanne), Wayne Bow, Rebekah Bow Gomez and Betty Zajic. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parker-Ashworth Funeral Home (2217 S Washington St, Kaufman, TX 75142). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Rose Hill Cemetery.
