She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Lynn Sprinkle; her grandson Chris Rodgers; her parents, Eula May and Henry Grady Higginbotham; and her brother Henry Higginbotham.
She is survived by: her children, Kyle Almand (Cathy) and David Sprinkle, Sr.; her grandchildren, Linda Matlock, Kandice Sprinkle, Denise Seago (Brady), David Sprinkle, Jr. and Tandra Sprinkle; her great grandchildren, Tyler Johnson, Jordyn Hale, Christyn Johnson, Madison Damron, Jenna Matlock, Asher Sprinkle, KaeLynn Smith, Godric Smith and Beau Seago; and her siblings, Linda Hoyt (late Sonny) and Larry Higginbotham (Gail). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moorhead Funeral Home (750 E Main St, Gun Barrel City, TX 75156). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Grace Community Church (15645 TX-198, Mabank, TX 75147). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at the Waxahachie City Cemetery (300 S Hawkins St, Waxahachie, TX 75165).
