He is survived by: his parents, Kathy Case of Mabank and Orville Case of Bloomfield, KY; his brothers, Billy Ray Jones (Jill) of Moorehead, KY, Harrison Colby McKinney of Anchorage, AK, Orville Justin Case Jr. of Bloomfield, KY and Jeremy Lee Case of Mabank; his grandmother Shirley Hammond of Mabank; and his significant other Kimree Ellis of Mabank. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many more friends.
