She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Reynolds Melton and Teresa Frances Melton Greenlaw; her stepparents, VJ Melton and Robert Greenlaw; and her sister Denise.

She is survived by: her spouse Kerry Marvin Dugger; her children, Nicole Baron (Eric), Lindy Dugger, Erica Gammon (Derek) and Zachary Dugger (Lacy); and her siblings, Pat Hill (Ray), Pam Jaennette, Michele "Missy" Williams (Mark) and Brandon Moore. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
