He was predeceased by: his parents, L. "Rusty" Sasser and Constance Sasser (Tuminello); and his sister Dora Love. He is survived by: his friend Kay Bittle; his wife Charlotte Sasser; his daughters, Connie Sasser Matthews and Stephanie Sasser (James); his stepdaughter Jennifer Wilson; his granddaughters, Brooklyn Puckett (River) and Abagail Sasser (Ty); his stepgrandchildren, Dawson, Lynleigh and Hannah; and his great grandchild Autumn. He is also survived by many extended family members, lifelong friends, and neighbors.
