“Vicki and her parents were special people in my childhood memories. Her family lived directly across the street from us on Amherst in Lubbock, Texas. So many days of playing outside, at the neighborhood park, and even going to school. Our parents often spent a weekend night playing 42 dominoes or some other games and the kids hung out together. I only communicated with Vicki on Facebook occasionally but I know her memory will bring joy to those who knew her and loved her.”
