She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Edward Combs and Doris Combs; her in-laws, Frankie Jo and Maddie O'Dell Perkins; her sister Lynn (Dennis); her brother-in-law Allan (Kay Perkins); her nephew Allan Perkins II; her stepfather Mancie Shelton; and her stepsister Carolyn (Frank Belcher).

She is survived by: her husband Danny Perkins of Kemp Texas; her children, Danny (Kristi Perkins II) and Misty (Jason Hatcher); her siblings, John Combs of Eustace and Shelia (Richard Clark); her grandchildren, Leah Hatcher, Justin, Alex Hatcher, Hunter Perkins, Skylar Perkins, David Hatcher, Averie Hatcher, Rachel Meador, Troy Lay, Kortni Mullikin, Hudson Hosey, Adlee Hatcher, Jade Hatcher and Audie Hatcher; her nephews, Cody (Megan Clark) and Matthew (Becky Clark); her stepnephew Curtis Belcher; her nieces, Jennifer (Jason Riggle) and Kristi Michelle Perkins; her stepniece Effie Belcher; and her great-niece Haley.
