He is survived by: his wife Melondy Bender; his sons, Robert Christopher "Chris" Bender of Santa Fe and Arthur Adam Curt Bender (Jill) of Oklahoma City; his siblings, Rob Bender (Kelly) of Texas City and Rynetta Howton of Madisonville; his grandson Robert Jordan Bender of Stephenville; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
